<ul>
<li>25 gr drojdie</li>
<li>3-4 linguri zahar</li>
<li>2 oua</li>

<p>Mai intai se ia drojdia cu zaharul si se amesteca cu verva intr-un castron pana cand zaharul da semne ca s-a topit. Peste acest amestec se adauga restul de ingrediente listate mai sus adica: faina, praful de copt, cele 2 oua, untura, laptele.<br />

Din nou, este nevoie de ceva forta si talent pentru a compune din toate aceste ingrediente un aluat sanatos si pufos pe care il pedepsim si-l asezam la frigider pentru 10-15 minute, timp in care pregatim branzica.<br />
Asadar, amestecam 400-500 gr de branza proaspata de vacuta cu un ou, 5 liguri de zahar (depinde cum stati cu glicemia) si cateva esente dupa gust (portocala, vanilie, rom etc). Gata cu umplutura.<span id="more-283"></span></p>

Scoatem aluatul dardait din frigider, il impartim in 4 bucati egale si incepem sa-l intindem cu sucitorul pe masa cam de lungimea tavii in care urmeaza sa-l asezam.</p>

<p>Pasul urmator presupune intalnirea branzicii cu aluatul si intinderea acesteia pe toata suprafata lui, ca in imagini. Ulterior incepem sa infasuram branzica pudica mai intai dintr-o parte, apoi din cealalta pana cele doua rulouri de aluat se intalnesc la mijloc. In felul acesta procedam si cu cele 3 bucati de aluat ramase.<br />

Dupa ce le-am asezat in tava unsa bine cu ulei si acoperita cu hartie de copt, placintele lunguiete se stropesc cu un sirop de zahar pentru un plus de dulceata exterioara. Le mai lasam 5 minute sa creasca un picut in tava, dupa care le punem pentru 25 de minute in cuptorul bine incalzit in prealabil, la treapta 2 de coacere.</p>

<p>La final, placintelele se presoara cu un pic de zahar pudra si se depoziteaza la stomacel. Pentru mai multa aderenta, se recomanda o cana de laptic cald.</p>

Ca peste am ales cod negru, curatat pe interior, cu cap si coada <img src='http://www.retete.phonecto.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Pentru 2 oameni ati avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>1. un peste de vreo juma de kil<br />
2. 2 linguri pasta de tomate<br />
3. cimbru, piper, sare, boia, o frunza de dafin<br />
4. o lingura de faina</p>
<p>Se curata pestele bine de solzi si se taie medalioane de 1-2 degete, dar nu prea subtiri sa nu iasa foarte uscat. Se sareaza si se lasa asa 5-10 sa intre sarea in el.</p>

<p>Punem lingura de faina intr`o strecuratoare si &#8220;ningem&#8221; pestele pe ambele parti cu un strat subtire de faina. Acest pas este necesar pentru ca pestele sa nu se prinda de tigaie si sa se rupa.</p>

<p>Incingem bine uleiul si aruncam pestele. Mai mult de 10 minute nu are nevoie sa se rumeneasca bine pe ambele parti.</p>

<p>Dupa ce s-a rumenit frumos, dam pestele deoparte si ne apucam de sos. Punem o cana de 150-200 ml de apa impreuna cu pasta de tomate si condimentele. Lasam sa scada pana obtinem cantitatea de sos dorita. Cand sosul este scazut suficient punem inapoi pestele si dam un clocot sa se uniformizeze toata treaba.</p>

Ce aveti nevoie:<br />
1. 3 oua<br />
2. 7 linguri de zahar<br />
3. o cutie de mascarpone (din lidl, ca in alte parti e cam de 2-3 ori mai scumpa) de 250 gr<br />
4. o punga de  400 gr de piscoturi<br />
5. vreo 2-3 linguri de cacao<br />

<p>Facem cafeaua! mai din timp sa aiba ragaz sa se raceasca<br />
Ca prim pas, se separa oualele. Galbenusurile se bat cu 3 linguri de zahar si apoi se adauga mascarponele si se amesteca bine.</p>

Ce aveti nevoie:</p>
<p>1. 4 mere mari (cam 1 kg)<br />
2. vreo 200 gr zahar<br />
3. 400 gr faina<br />

<p>Se bat oualele cu zaharul (o cana mica, aprox 150 gr), dupa care adaugam untul (eu l-am topit la microunde pentru a se ingloba mai usor) si praful de copt stins un un pic de otet. Se adauga faina si se omogenizeaza pana se obtine un aluat elastic.</p>

<p>Cam 3/4 din aluat se intinde direct in tava(aluatul se rupe destul de firav si se rupe repede), restul se da prin razatoare si se pune deasupra.</p>

<p>Sa nu uitam de mere. Le curatam de coaja, le dam prin razatoare, si le dam un pic la ceaun cu 2-3 linguri de zahar si niste arome. Dupa ce scad le dam deoparte si le lasam un pic la racit; mai apoi le vom aseza peste aluatul intins in tava. </p>

<p>Smecheria <strong>frigaruilor</strong> este marinarea carnii cu o zi inainte de gratar. Se taie carnea bucatele (prefer sa le tai mai mici pentru a se face mai repede), se pune un pic de vin si condimentele de mai sus. Toata treaba asta sta la marinat in frigider cam o zi, sa stim de`o treaba.<br />

<p>Ce avem nevoie pentru aceasta <strong>reteta</strong>:<br />
pentru aluat:<br />
1 cana ulei<br />
2-3 linguri de zahar<br />
o cana fara 2 degete de bors<br />
3-400 grame faina<br />
drojdie cat o nuca</p>
<p>pentru umplutura:<br />
2-300 grame nuci<br />
5-6 linguri de zahar (se poate face cat de dulce vreti)<br />
arome</p>
<p>Se freaca zaharul cu drojdia pana se omogenizeaza. Se adauga uleiul, borsul si se inglobeaza cu faina pana rezulta o coca usor de intins.<br />

<p>Cat timp lasam sa creasca ne ocupam de umplutura. Nuca se marunteste, se adauga zaharul si aromele. Compozitia rezultata trebuie sa fie lipicioasa pentru a nu se imprastia prin tava.<br />

<p>Se pun la cuptor (care a fost preincalzit in prealabil) si se lasa la foc mic. Cand incepe sa miroasa bine in casa sa stiti ca`s gata. Dupa ce le dam afara din tava le aruncam intr`o baie de zahar pudra.<br />

cam 6-700 gr ceapa<br />
300 ml ulei<br />

<p>Se pune uleiul la incins; Taiem ceapa si-o punem la calit. Adaugam un pic de sare peste pentru ca ceapa ca se moaie; Taiem gogosarii, ardeii capia/gras, vinetele la un robot de bucatarie/masina de tocat carne, dar sa avem grija sa nu le maruntim foarte tare. Se pune totul la fiert pe aragaz pana dam un prim clocot, apoi la cuptor.</p>

<p>Intre timp fierbem rosiile(prefer rosii coapte in dauna bulionului), le decojim de pielita, le tocam marunt si le adaugam peste compozitie cam dupa o ora de fiert la cuptor. Din acest moment in maxim o ora ar trebui sa fie gata <strong>zacusca</strong>.<br />

<p>Pentru compozitia de mai sus, o lingura mare rasa de sare si una mica de piper cred ca sunt suficiente. Sa nu uitati ca mestecati constant pentru a nu se prinde. Cand uleiul iese la suprafata inseamna ca <strong>zacusca de vinete</strong> e numai buna de pus in borcane.</p>

<p>Se pune in borcane cat este fierbinte, se intorc borcanele cu fundul in sus pentru a se &#8220;sigila&#8221; bine compozitia. Se infasoara borcanele in proasoape pentru a le tine de cald timp de o zi, dupa care le putem pune la racoare.<br />

<p>O reteta deosebita, foarte usor de facut<br />
Ce aveti nevoie:<br />
<strong>fasole</strong> alba cu bob mic (nu pun cantitate ca le fac din ochi)<br />

2 morcovi<br />

Se lasa <strong>facole</strong>a la umflat de cu seara. Dimineata se arunca prima apa, se freaca <strong>fasole</strong>a cu sare ca la varza calita, si se da la foc. Se dau 3-4 clocote, respectiv schimbam apa de 3-4 ori pentru a inlatura efectele adverse.</p>

<p>La a 5a apa punem scarita de porc taiata bucati, o ceapa si morcovul. Lasam la fiert pana <strong>fasolea</strong> devine păstoasa. Neaparat, si secretul acestei retete, totul se fierbe cu capac!</p>

Nu stiu ce fel de iarna va fi, dar cu siguranta poftele vor fi destul de mari. Si cum e mai usor/ieftin sa dau acum 1-1.5 ron/kg de <strong>vinete</strong> decat vreo 10 ron in iarna am zis sa pun ceva deoparte pentru cand o fi.<br />
Am invatat din experienta anilor trecuti ca in medie consum vreo 10 kg de <strong>vinete</strong> pe iarna.<br />
Cel mai simplu si mai rapid este sa faci un <strong>gratar</strong> mare in natura. Marele avantaj in Iasi este ca sunt tot felul de gratare &#8220;la liber&#8221;, adica vii de acasa doar cu marfa/lemne/carbuni, gratarul este acolo si te astepta.<br />
Nici n`as vrea sa ma gandesc cam cat mi`ar lua sa coc 10-12 kg de <strong>vinete</strong> acasa. Sa nu mai zic de mizerie..<br />
De cand am aprins focul pana cand am terminat a durat cam doua ora si`un pic. Cat timp se coceau o parte, le curatam pe celelalte, deci aproape de final totul era gata fara prea multa bataie de cap.<br />
Ajuns acasa, le`am mai lasat pana a 2a zi sa se scurga foarte bine toata zeama aia amara, iar zeama care va mai ramane va ingheta cand le punem la congelator. Le pui frumos apoi in pungi cam 2-3 <strong>vinete</strong>, sau cat crezi ca vei manca si cam asta e tot. Sa aveti pofta la iarna. In acelasi mod va recomand sa incercati si cu ardei/gogosari.<br />
